ChromeFree bovine leather is soft and lightweight. It comes from farms located in southern Brazil (Rio Grande do Sul) and undergoes an innovative tanning process where no chrome, heavy metals, or hazardous acids are used.
By simplifying the tanning process, the use of chemicals and energy is limited. Water consumption is reduced by approximately 40% and salt use by 80%. After tanning, the water is recyclable.
