How can I request a return?

ORDER PLACED UNDER YOUR ACCOUNT

1. Log in to your account bobochoses.com

2. Go to "My Orders", once you have found the order you want to return, click on "Return".

3. Select the items you do not wish to keep and the reason for the return and follow the steps to complete the request.

4. You will receive an email with the return label along with the steps to follow to return your package.

ORDER PLACED AS A GUEST

1. At the top of this page you will find a button to request your return.

2. You must enter the order number and your email.

What is the maximum time frame for returns?

From the date of receiving your package, you have 30 days to return it.

What are the terms and conditions for returns?

Items must be in perfect condition and with the original tags. In case you have received a defective item, please contact our Customer Service team by sending an email to customerservice@bobochoses.com

What is the cost of a return?

Spain (Except Canary Islands) 0€ 

Europe (EU) 8€ Deducted from the refund amount.

Outside the EU and Canary Islands 12€ Deducted from the refund amount.

USA 12,50$ Deducted from the refund amount.

When and how will I receive the reimbursement?

Your reimbursement will be requested to the same payment method used to place the order within 7 to 14 business days after the parcel is received at our warehouse.

If you place an order using a Gift Card and an additional payment method, any refund will be issued first to the Gift Card, and the remaining amount, if applicable, will be refunded to the second payment method.

What items are not valid for returns?

Swimwear, underwear and skincare products cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded for sanitary reasons.

Can I return a sale or pre-sale item? What is the deadline?

Yes, the return period is 30 days from the moment the order is received.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes, you will have 30 days from the date of receiving your package to request an exchange and you can do so by following the steps on “How can I request a return?” At the moment of selecting the item you will be given the option to return or exchange. Did you receive a gift with your purchase and want to know about terms and conditions?

If you received a Free Gift with your order, when making a return, the price of the items not returned cannot be lower than the retail price of the gift. In this case, the gift received must be returned or its retail price will be deducted from the amount that will actually be refunded.
