The purpose of this channel is to provide a reliable channel for reporting any misconduct or suspected irregularity in the work or professional environment. It regulates the reception, management, investigation and resolution of communications received from employees, collaborators, freelancers, partners, managers, suppliers, subcontractors or other persons linked to the BOBO GROUP that are committed within the entities that make up the Group.
In compliance with Law 2/2023 of 20 February, regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory infringements and the fight against corruption, we guarantee that any communication may be made anonymously if so desired, ensuring the protection of the informant at all times, as well as guaranteeing the confidentiality of the information and protection of the identity of the informant.
