How can I request a return within the European Union (Except the Canary Islands)?

ORDER PLACED UNDER YOUR ACCOUNT

1. Log in to your account bobochoses.com

2. Go to "My Orders", once you have found the order you want to return, click on "Return".

3. Select the items you do not wish to keep and the reason for the return and follow the steps to complete the request.

4. You will receive an email with your RMA number and the return label along with the steps to follow to return your package.

ORDER PLACED AS A GUEST

1. At the top of this page you will find 2 fields that you must fill in to request your refund.

2. You must enter the order number and your email.

3. Select the items you do not wish to keep and the reason for the return and follow the steps to complete the request.

4. You will receive an email with your RMA number and the return label along with the steps to follow to return your package.

How can I request a return from the Canary Islands or outside the European Union?

What is the maximum time frame for returns?

From the date of receiving your package, you have 30 days to return it.

During christmas, the return period for orders placed from the 1st of December until the 10th of January will be 45 days from the date of receiving your package.

What are the terms and conditions for returns?

Items must be in perfect condition and with the original tags. In case you have received a defective item, please contact our Customer Service team by sending an email to customerservice@bobochoses.com

What is the cost of a return?

Spain 0€ 

Europe (EU) 8€ Deducted from the refund amount.

Outside the EU 12€ Deducted from the refund amount.

When and how will I receive the reimbursement?

Your reimbursement will be requested to the same payment method used to place the order within 7 to 14 business days after the parcel is received at our warehouse.

What items are not valid for returns?

Swimwear and underwear cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded for sanitary reasons.

Can I return a sale or pre-sale item? What is the deadline?

Yes, returning a sale or pre-sale item is as easy as any other return. You will have 30 days to return it once you have received it.

Can I exchange an item?

At the moment are not able to exchange garments, in this case you will have to return the garment and place a new order with the desired one, if you need assistance please contact our Customer Service team at customerservice@bobochoses.com

Did you receive a gift with your purchase and want to know about terms and conditions?

If you received a Free Gift with your order, when making a return, the price of the items not returned cannot be lower than the retail price of the gift. In this case, the gift received must be returned or its retail price will be deducted from the amount that will actually be refunded.
