How can I request a return from Korea?

ORDER PLACED UNDER YOUR ACCOUNT

1. Log in to your account bobochoses.com

2. Go to "My Orders", once you have found the order you want to return, click on "Return".

3. Select the items you do not wish to keep and the reason for the return and follow the steps to complete the request.

4. You will receive an email with your RMA number and instructions to return your package.

 

ORDER PLACED AS A GUEST

1. At the top of this page you will find 2 fields that you must fill in to request your refund.

2. You must enter the order number and your email.

What is the maximum time frame for returns?

From the date of receiving your package, you have 30 days to return it.

What are the terms and conditions for returns?

Orders must have been placed from 28-08-2023 and beyond to be returned in Korea. 

Items must be in perfect condition and with the original tags. In case you have received a defective item, please contact our Customer Service team by sending an email to customerservice@bobochoses.com

What is the cost of a return?

Korea ₩5.000 Deducted from the refund amount.

When and how will I receive the reimbursement?

Your reimbursement will be requested to the same payment method used to place the order within 3 to 5 business days after the parcel is received at our warehouse.

What items are not valid for returns?

Swimwear and underwear cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded for sanitary reasons.

Can I return a sale item? What is the deadline?

Yes, the return period is 30 days from the moment the order is received.

Can I exchange an item?

At the moment are not able to exchange garments, in this case you will have to return the garment and place a new order with the desired one. If you need assistance please contact our Customer Service team at customerservice@bobochoses.com
