Bobo Choses Gift Card

General Terms & Conditions
Gift Cards purchased online are digital and will be sent via email once your order is completed. They will be delivered to the email address you provided at checkout. These gift cards can be used in our physical stores, except for the Outlet Mataró location.

To redeem your gift card online, simply enter the code in the “Discount code or gift card” field before completing your payment. If you’d like to use it in a physical store, just show the code to our staff before paying.

Expiration
Our gift cards do not expire, so all you need to do is keep the email with your code safe. If you lose it, please contact us at customerservice@bobochoses.com for assistance.

Refunds
If you make a purchase using both a gift card and another payment method, any refund will be applied to the gift card first. If there is any remaining amount to be refunded, it will be issued to the second payment method used.
